Ah...April twenty-second. A cursed day. Cursed because this is the day of my sister's birth. Well, nothing to be done about it...save perhaps to travel back in time in order to strangle the infant. Or get the sixteen-year-old girl who was her biological mother to use a fucking condom. There you have it, kiddies. A walking advertisement for contraception. Perhaps I'll post a photo of her preppy-bitch-ness, that she could become a poster child. Well, enough condescension for one day. Now to return to the true topic of this update.
Tsuki's Shorts number twenty-five is now up for your enjoyment. There aren't any dookie jokes in this one...and I currently have no plans to create another Short revolving around such jokes. Not to say I hold disdain for such things, just that none are currently in the works. Although I could possibly write one about the time I dropped my iPod in the toilet...with piss and a turd still in the bowl. It's a possibility, if I can think of a way to present it interestingly enough. Because, in all actuallity, my reaction wasn't very interesting. Although, that could make such a Short all the more amusing. Well, it looks like I now have an idea for Short number fifty-one, as I've written the next twenty-five.
Oh, also, I mentioned this in the blurb for Short twenty-five but I'm considering an attempt at trying to put out two Shorts per week. I'm not certain as to whether or not this is entirely possible yet, but I may give it a try anyway. Well, I think that's all for the updates today...ja ne.

Thumbnails are now available for every single piece of art I have up here. Yay. Also, I put up a new photo in the gallery, this one was taken by my friend Brian. Heh-heh, I kinda yanked it from my friend Ashy's site without asking. That is a very, very bad thing...but since Ashy is my friend IRL and I'm in the picture, I think it'll be okay. Short number twenty five is also coming along nicely. It'll be a five panel one, which is nice, because it's about the maximum size that I'm used to when it comes to making comics. Urgh, brain hurts. Anyway, the penciling is almost done. I'm not quite as happy with panels one and two as I'd like to be...I'm trying to decide whether or not to scrap and simply redo them. So far, I've started to get away from Shocker style with this particular short, and I have to say, it's been quite a relief. Mmmyep. I'm done for now.

I am all happy. Today, I have thumbnails. And thumbnails that work. ^_^ I'm actually very exstatic. However, I only have thumbnails for the Shorts, and Ornexos so far. More will be coming, I just have to work on re-sizing them 'n' crap. Urgh, I'm not looking foreward to it...at least the Shorts are a standard size, give or take.

Short number twenty-four is now up for your viewing "enjoyment". I guess I'll apologize now for the fact that it contains a bathroom joke. I was going to say "another bathroom joke" because I'm pretty sure I've put those in Shorts before, but I can't be sure. Ugh, my head aches. Blargh. Mmmyep. It's worth mentioning here that this was made in record time. I've never completed an entire Short in one day before. So yes, a true milestone. Urg, eyes hurt. It's not even late yet...whoa. Anyway, don't expect twenty-five to come quite as quickly, although I will get to that one tomorrow. Yep.

Okay, so here I am again. As I write this, I'm uploading the twenty-third Short into Photobucket...and hemming pants. Damn, my index finger hurts. I don't believe in thimbles. However, I digress. I've changed all the links. They're no longer the: type. Now, I can do this. By the way, that link'll also take you to the twenty-third Short. How's that for shameless plugging? ^_^ Of course, as long as I'm plugging, I may as well say what it's about: it's an "introduction to the world of the Shorts" comic. Figures that I'd wait 'til I was twenty comics in to finally do that sort of thing, ne?
Whoa, totally off topic: I'm watching the Kids Next Door episode F.O.O.D.F.I.T.E., which is baisically a music video, as this German lunchlady, Gramma Stuffum, tries to force them to eat this disgusting zombie food. IT IS SO FUCKING AWESOME!!! ^_^ I love this music! See, I have no life. I'm all happy cuz of the animated music videw, which now features a giant hamster fighting a giant sandwich, called "Slamwich". It's all hot, and metal...not the sandwich, the music. I am happy. Ph34r me.

At last, I am online, and thus, here at the Dark Wind. Tsuki's Shorts number twenty-two is now up and available for your viewing pleasure...or affront, whichever. This particular one features a slightly re-designed Tsuki, I got rid of the wings, and the earlocks, as I never actually do anything with the wings, and IRL I got rid of the earlocks quite awhile ago. Mmmyep. Well, I'm almost done with the twenty-third Short, as well. That's pretty much all for now. I'm experimenting with links, so, if there's a bunch of thumbnails that don't work...well, tough. I don't know what I'm doing.

I figure it's been long enough since my last update, ne? Well, I grace you with my presence reguardless. I have nothing to post today, tho'. The twenty-second Short is coming along, I've penciled it, and now work on the inking. So, it should be up relatively soon. I am pressed for time. Perhaps more later.
