Okay! So, a lot of changes her at Dark Wind Studios (not, however "Sturios", which was a typo). Like the new layout? You'd better, cuz it's here regardless. I just finished applying it to the rest of the site. Special thanks you Ashy-chan!!! You are the reason Dark Wind Studios is now 1337!!! *glomps* ^_^;; Sorry I got impatient and applied the HTML...although I don't really think you'll be too upset.
Another thank-you to Ashy-chan, I love the Shadow plushie!!! ^_^ He's sitting in one of my chairs, wearing my cat-ear hat right now. I'll take a picture and post it...sometime. ^_^ Domo arigato gozaimasu!
On a more business-based note, Tsuki's Shorts number twenty nine is posted (actually, I posted it yesterday, but didn't have time to update that here) as well as the wordless version of a piece urging you to post on the tagboard. I'll get the actual version up soon. Just have to upload it.
Remember when I made the promise to attempt to make Tsuki's Shorts a bi-weekly comic? Remember last week, when I promised to change the subtext under Dark Wind Studios every Tuesday? Well, neither of them is going to happen. I'm not a fast enough comic-ka (since my work isn't to manga standards) to put out two comics per week, on top of any other work I might do; and the new layout kinda killed the whole subtext idea. So, a perfect blending of both! I'm going to try and get Tsuki's Shorts finished and posted every Tuesday. Today's comic is the one I made for last week, which was wierd, since finals are now. Mmmyep. This is a pretty incoherent paragraph. Ah, well. Anyway, I think I can handle the weekly comic thing, as well as work on the script for an actual comic again, not just one-page snippets.
Since I have them set up, and have not occaison to use them, I'm gonna post the little underscores of text I had lined up, starting with "George did it.":

Tsuki's Shorts 28 is now finished and posted! I meant to have it up at about this time last week, but...that didn't work. Ironic that the event I wanted to have it up for, A-Cen, was probably the main reason I didn't get it up. Ah, well. Also, there's a new Invasion! This one's by Ashely! It's all spiffy-full! Go look at/drool over it!

Point of interest before I continue with your regularly scheduled update: ^_^ There have been over two-hundred hits since the posting of the counter! YAY!!!
And now, back to...ahem...normal.
W00tz!!! Very good news! Dark Wind Studios (i.e. me), might have its first commission this summer! To make a long story short, my art teacher knows a guy who wanted him to do some designs. Since the guy wanted the work in anime/manga style, and my art teacher likes the Shorts he's seen when collecting my sketchbook, he's giving the guy a sample of my work, to see if I could do it. This could be really good for DWS, and I'm really excited! Anyway, nothing's definate yet, but still, it's a major first!
In other news, The twenty-seventh installment of Tsuki's Shorts is now posted for your veiwing pleasure. Twenty-eight is pretty far into production, the forground is completely lettered, penciled, and mostly inked, so all that's left is the filling in of some black spaces and backgrounds. Also, there's a new invasion by Lem, in the respective section. i.e. That of Invasions. Mmmyep. That's pretty much it.

Hehe, I made a button. Yes, there is now a button that can be used to get to Dark Wind Studios (ah, the fact that it is now as "Studios" makes my heart melt...now to only make it legal). Check out the Linkage section to see it. I even provided the code. Yay.

Wootz! Dark Wind is a studio now! Sez me.
Now, as to the explanation of why Dark Wind is now Dark Wind Studios. Mostly, it's because I'm making it a goal to to some exibiting at anime cons this year. I particularly intend to look into The Reactor...which is, from what I've gathered, Anime Reactor with a slightly different name and held at a different hotel. It's still in October. So, I'm going to look into buying a table for that. Depending on how things are going, we'll see about A-Cen, but I'll probably wait until the 2007 con at least to exibit there. But yeah. Ph34r t3h Dark Wind Studios!
Urm, don't mind the subtext at the top for now, I wanted a change. I'm not exactly sure what George did, much less who he is, but whatever it was, and whoever he is, it was enough to hold that space for...maybe a week. In more important news, Lerxst's Gallery is now it's own section, and there is now an entirely separate section to which the invasions have moved. ^_^ So, visit it!

Right, Tsuki's Shorts number twenty six is now available. ^_^ I apoligize in advance to anyone it will offend. And trust me, it's nice and offensive. ^_^ Yay.
In other news, I've got a lot of other stuff all scanned into my computer and ready to upload onto Photobucket, so I can post it here...but I don't have time tonight. I probably won't get a chance to get any of this new stuff up until Sunday at the earliest. Ah, the bane of my life, a slow internet connection. Also, I'm going to A-Cen Saturday, and have a job interveiw tomorrow. Soo...yeah. I would have posted these things earlier tonight, but my sister was hogging the internet for "homework". That's code for not-homework. 'Course, it still wins. I hate her, I really do.

I know, I know. I claim to be making an attempt at putting out the Shorts on a biweekly basis, then promptly take a two week break from Dark Wind. Yes, I am a horrible, evil person. For that...well, we'll all just have to live with it, but I do apologize for vanishing. Urm, to Julie. As she's the one who really visits this site. As to why I skipped these past two weeks, several variables played into this. The biggest one was my new Deviant Art account, which I've been playing with a lot. Mmyep. The other was simply that I lost the flow of thw whole thing. I went ahead, and tryed to make some Shorts that I knew wouldn't work, simply because of the way they were written, and tryed to make the first of this set of three anyway. However, I've started the new Short number twenty-six, and already it's working much better. It features Tsuki's anthromorphic form, which your can see in T3h Gallery. So, it should be finished late tomorrow, probably be posted by Thursday at the latest. Mmmyep.
In other news, as I alluded to in the first paragraph, Tsuki's anthro form is in T3h Gallery, along with a picture of Shadow, from the Sonic the Hedgehog video games. ^_^ Much fun.
