This is Cyeara(/Sierra) from Page Twenty Six as a unicorn filly. I dunno why her alicorn is bejeweled, it just is. Stylistic choice, don't question it. Her eyes are blue, and I don't know why. Eh, I guess ultimately it doesn't really matter.
