Wings! He's fun. A pegasus. *shrug* I dunno. I was just making him as a character, then. Didn't really have a story, or anything in mind at the time of drawing it. Yep. Then I got into anime, and stopped drawing American-style characters like this, in favor of anime-style stuff. Sooo...yeah!
